Thursday, April 29, 2021, Special Membership Meeting and Bylaw Amendment Vote (In Accordance with Corporations Code §7511)

To: Members of Gaslamp City Square Property Owners’ Association

A Special Meeting & Amendment Vote will be held at 5:15 PM on Thursday, April 29, 2021, via Zoom.

An official notice and ballot will be mailed to the membership at least 30 days prior to the scheduled meeting. Upon receipt of your election package, the ballots may be returned via mail in the included self-addressed envelopes to: The Inspectors of Election, P.O. Box 131778, Carlsbad, CA 92013 by 5:00 PM on Wednesday, April 28, 2021.

Water Shut-Off: 1/28/2021

On Thursday, January 28, 2021, the water for Phase I (450 J St) will need to be temporarily shut off to repair a leaking copper pipe located on the roof. This shut down is necessary to replace the pipe which has been temporarily patched. Please be aware that Phase I Residents will not have water from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Thursday, January 28th.

Management recommends that you take the necessary steps to plan for this temporary water shutoff. Avoid turning on fixtures or using water during the shutdown to help prevent air bubbles from entering into the system.

Fitness Center and Community Pool Reopening on June 12, 2020...with conditions!

The 3rd Floor Sundeck pool is reopening on Friday, June 12, 2020 as a part of the reopening plan of the State of California. The hot tub will remain closed under the new public health order. Social distancing is still required and face coverings are strongly encouraged. Sanitation wipes are available for you to clean your area. Please refer to the Important Notice of Regarding Assumption of Liability Relating to Communicable Diseases Including COVID-19 for more information on pool and fitness center usage. You are required to execute a Waiver and Release Agreement by written request to Management; even if you do not completed the Agreement, upon usage of the pool and fitness center, you are agreeing to hold the Association harmless.
